Menopur how many days, i have no idea what's right in terms of dosages

Menopur how many days, My nurse indicated that the Menopur would burn less if you gave it some time between drawing the syringe and administering the injection. I have been mixing it, but I seem to get a big air bubble every time I draw out the dilutant (sp?). IVF#2 lowered stims and started menopur later and changed protocol around a little and then raised stims (highest being 225 gonal f) 11eggs, 5 mature IVF#2 protocol was not good for me and my RE and I both agree i need menopur from the beginning. So I'm looking for any tips to make this go as smoothly as possible. I was just curious how that compares to what others are taking, and what the rationale was for various doses. I would mix and draw Menopur first, then draw Gonal-F, then administer Gonal-F, then administer Menopur.
